Empowering Students for Lifelong Learning
Middle years program (MYP).
Our Middle Years Program (MYP) is designed for students aged 11–16, providing a rigorous and balanced education that challenges students to think critically, creatively, and globally.
What Makes the MYP Special?
Students are encouraged to ask questions, explore answers, and reflect on their learning. Teachers act as facilitators and guides, supporting students as may take ownership of their learning.
Interdisciplinary Learning:
Students make connections between subjects, integrating knowledge and skills to solve real-world problems.
Global Perspective:
The program encourages international-mindedness, helping students understand and appreciate cultural diversity.
Inquiry-Based Learning:
Students learn to ask questions, investigate, and reflect, fostering curiosity and independence.
Global Contexts:
Units explore real-world issues through contexts such as identities, orientation in space and time, personal and cultural expression, and scientific and technical innovation

Subjects Offered
Students are assessed through criteria-based rubrics that emphasize understanding, skills, and personal growth rather than rote memorization. Reflection is an integral part of learning, helping students set goals and track their progress.
Educational Technology
children learn, explore, and create. Our students are encouraged to move beyond being passive users of tools and instead become active builders, problem-solvers, and innovators. By engaging with hands-on projects and real-world applications, learners discover how technology can bring their ideas to life and connect their curiosity to meaningful outcomes.
Through our maker culture, students experience education that blends creativity, design, and critical thinking. Whether working collaboratively on projects, experimenting with new materials, or testing their own inventions, they learn that technology is not simply about consuming information—it is about shaping the future. In this way, Duroub nurtures a generation of learners who are confident, imaginative, and ready to lead in a world where innovation is key.
