1. The student application form.

2.  A photocopy of the students Birth certificate.

3. A copy of the Jordanian family book.

4. Transcripts of the student for the last two years (based on the grade level applying for ).

5. Copy of KG report cards (based on the grade level applying for).

6. Two passport sized photos.

7. A copy of vaccination and immunization record.

8. Financial clearance from previous school- not applicable for KG1 & 2.

9. School-Parent-student contract: (signed).
