About the Position

Join Duroub’s growing team as the Marketing and Public Relations Officer, You will be contributing to  implementing our overall marketing and brand strategies. Your role will include: developing and maintaining an engaging digital content strategy, fostering robust community relations through social media initiatives, and managing impactful campaigns. You'll coordinate events that showcase our school spirit, conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure our brand's message is cohesive and compelling. Duties

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that resonate with our school's mission and ethos.

  • Craft and manage compelling content, actively engaging with our audience across multiple channels including the school's website, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.

  • Monitor social media trends leveraging them to foster community interaction and enhance the school’s online presence.

  • Organize and oversee events such as open houses, parent-teacher conferences, and various community activities, ensuring they align with our school's values and objectives.

  • Work collaboratively with team members, parents, and other stakeholders to guarantee the smooth and successful execution of events and projects.

  • Maintain a cohesive and professional brand image across all communication and marketing materials.

  • Promote and protect the school's reputation by implementing innovative public relations strategies that highlight our achievements and community contributions.

Requirements and Skills

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media management, and content management.

  • Experience in planning and executing marketing activities.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English is a must.

  • Experience with the Adobe Suite is preferred.

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
